In addition, pouring temperature directly affects the forming and internal quality of bucket teeth castings, too high is easy to stick sand, and easy to produce shrinkage holes. Because of the uneven thickness of bucket teeth, it is the key to determine a reasonable pouring temperature. After many pouring tests, the pouring overflow is finally determined to be 1520-1530 degrees Celsius.
